to return an item: Please view all photographs and feel free to email if you have any questions about an item before you place an order. We do not send items on approval. though we generally do take returns... Please notify us within three days of receipt of item. Send an email to customerservice@maryantiques.com Include the item name, product number and the reason you wish to return it. We`ll email you return approval within 24 hours. Then, send the item back in the original packaging and condition, within 14 days. We ask you to pack carefully, mark the box FRAGILE and fully insure the package, *In the rare case of breakage we will help you file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for items broken or lost in transit. It is important to keep all shipping and insurance receipts - for tracking and insurance purposes.
