ART GLASS BOWL VASE BY GUNNAR NYLUND SIGNED STROMBERGSHYTTAN
This stunning art glass bowl is made by the old studio Strombergshyttan, Sweden. It is very heavy crystal hand blown art glass with the typical Strombergshyttan cut edge and a very light tinge of blue. Most likely designed by Gunnar Nylund, who designed most of the Strömbergshyttans collections from 1952-1975. This is signed and numbered, Strombergshyttan T458. The T means this is a bowl, and the number is to determine the date it was made.

Chunky Swedish art glass vase is shaped like a fish with a heavy glass base. A modernist tree and seagulls are etched in the glass. Has remnants of makers sticker, clear with a gold emblem; under that Made in Sweden is readable, makers name is worn off.
