This heavily crazed antique porcelain relish dish or tray has a scalloped edge with gold trim and a gold star design in the center. It is the Hudson shape by Homer Laughlin. Marked on bottom in green, HL, Homer Laughlin, and in script Hudson. Circa 1910-20.

Size: 8 ½ in. long.

Hudson shape was one of Laughlin's firsts and was initiated in 1908 and then discontinued in 1928. There were many patterns applied to this shape--and several different gold patterns besides this one. The different patterns in the Hudson Shape went unnamed as was common for Laughlin. Homer Laughlin
