Rare cigarette lighter belt buckle. Thisis gold tone with an etched decoration on it. Lighter snaps into the buckle, to light a ciagerette you would removeit from the buckle and slide the button to open the lighter and activate the flame. This was unused. Marked on back USA Pat P 139145 and made in occupied Japan. Circa late 1940s.
